THE BODY BENDER:
The top section of the Body Bender is stationary, with
the lower section moving up to a 45 degree angle and down
to a 30
degree angle. Lie supine on the table, with buttocks above
the hinge of the
two sections. The arms reach above your head to a stationary
bar. The
Body Bender stretches hip flexors, trunk, (anterior and
posterior), and
will help in increased circulation. A variable speed control
mechanism
allows you to control the number of revolutions the patient
will
experience per minute. The speed can be reduced to as low
as one RPM.
