SAND BAG MACHINE:
This table exercises your tummy and hips. It firms
and tones the muscles that run from your upper thigh to your hips
(gluteus Maximums) lifting that area, and it will tone the tummy. The 10
pound sandbag applies pressure so your hips are down on the moving pads
(when you hold in on your fanny muscles, it tends to slightly lift you
off the pads) and it helps you hold in your tummy muscles.
